Meet Dr. Tameka Bryant
Dr. Bryant started her full time real estate career in 2004 when she started The Real Estate House in Kansas City. Her first national account was with Freddie Mac and she quickly became a Master Listing Broker.
Dr. Tameka Bryant's takes a unique approach to filling a gap she found with in real estate… Not enough out of the box models that allow people to be unique and make money.
As the owner of The Real Estate House, a bi-state real estate brokerage, Dr. Bryant has closed more than 2000 transactions. Her hands-on experience includes working in dozens of areas within the real estate field. You can find many of those areas in her book 99 Ways to Make Money in Real Estate – Finding a Niche that Pays.
In addition to starting and managing a firm, serving as the first African American President of the Kansas City MLS and being elected as Realtor of the Year, Dr. Bryant gets the greatest reward by serving as a Certified Instructor for Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
Dr. Bryant’s background and experience make her ideal leader of coaching, mentoring and training programs for today’s entrepreneurs. Additionally, she maintains successful businesses including two real estate schools and projects working with developers, investors, and agents.
Dr. Bryant is married to Jeffrey and has two children, Kiane and Kyle.
